Purchased one then took it home for my 20 and 21 year old. It appears to be sturdy and works. Have to make sure the mini mellows are not odd shaped. The typical little ones. The smaller the better. Do not put them in sideways or they do not shoot. I liked it so well, I went back and bought 12 more. I gave two to each family we spend our Christmas with. I gave them to the parents so they could have fun. The price at the store was $14.99. I had some coupons as well. It made it a perfect fun evening for all. I now am looking for fun gifts like that for next year. This time, I just may buy for all members of the family if the price is right. Plus I have families I could ship to if the price is good and I can get a good shipping price. Had I seen the single shooters at the store, I would get those for the younger ones and the mini bows for the older ones. I will look for the products again, but cannot afford the higher priced ones, but may think about them for birthday gifts for some friends/family members.
